These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Align Anywhere website and any content, materials, features, forms, or services made available through it (collectively, the "Site").

Align Anywhere is a product currently in development.
The Site is intended to provide information about the Align Anywhere concept, demonstrate potential product functionality, measure interest in the product, maintain a pre-launch waitlist, and provide updates regarding future development and availability.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, pre-order, reservation, or guarantee that you will receive a product.
Align Anywhere is currently under development. Product descriptions, photographs, renderings, demonstrations, illustrations, specifications, features, dimensions, materials, packaging, pricing, functionality, availability, and other information displayed on the Site may represent prototypes, concepts, or anticipated product characteristics.
The final product, if commercially released, may differ from materials displayed on the Site.

We may invite users, golfers, golf professionals, facility owners, instructors, or others to provide comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding Align Anywhere.
